My headband is blinking blue but will not connect to my phone

A blinking blue light usually means that the headband is in pairing mode but hasn’t successfully connected to your device yet. Please try the following troubleshooting:

1.Plug the headband into the charger and keep it connected.
2. Press and hold both volume buttons (<> buttons) simultaneously while the headband is charging. This should reset the device.
3. Once reset, try reconnecting your headband to your phone.
