How do I charge and check battery life on my FRENZ?

To charge, connect USB-C cable to FRENZ. All battery data is displayed in FRENZ's App.
When being charged, the LED is the charging indicator:
⬥ Solid Red: The band is being charged
⬥ Solid Green: The band is fully charged
