How do I pair FRENZ to my mobile device?

1. Download the FRENZ mobile app.
2. Make sure that FRENZ is turned on and the LED is flashing blue. If it is not flashing blue, reset pairing mode by long holding the middle button and released after 2 seconds when the LED is flashing blue.
3. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
4. Open FRENZ app and click "Menu" button on the top right corner. Select "My device" and then click ”Manual Connect". From the device list, choose the one that starts with "FRENZXXX”.
Note: XXX is the key identifier of your device. It is the 6,7 and 8th characters in your device’s Serial number.
5. For the first time of connection, the device will ask for audio connection. For Android users, simply click Yes and the device will automatically connect. For iOS users, the device will direct to the mobile phone’s settings. Go to Bluetooth settings and choose to connect with the device "AUDIO-FRENZXXX".

6. Next times, the band will automatically pair with your phone when you go into FRENZ App.
