Why so my Sleep Sessions end automatically?

If your sleep sessions end unexpectedly, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Band Not Worn for 30 Minutes

    • If the band detects that it has not been worn for 30 minutes (e.g., if it comes off during sleep or is removed without ending the session), the session will automatically stop.
  2. Loss of Connection for 30 Minutes

    • The session will also end if the band loses connection for 30 minutes. Common causes include:
      • The band running out of battery.
      • The band being powered off.
      • Bluetooth being turned off on the phone.
      • The user moving more than 3 meters away from the band’s range.
  3. App or Phone Shutdown

    • If the app is closed (killed) or the phone runs out of battery, the session will stop immediately.

Special Notes:

  • For short sleep sessions, the automatic end time is reduced to 10 minutes of inactivity or disconnection.
  • If the band enters standby mode due to a lack of connection, it will power off after 10 minutes to save battery.

To ensure uninterrupted sessions, make sure your band is charged, properly worn, and stays within range of your device.
