What is REM sleep & how does FRENZ measure it?

Created by FRENZCare by Earable, Modified on Tue, 28 Nov, 2023 at 1:34 PM by FRENZCare by Earable

FRENZ tracks your brain signals, eye movements, and facial muscle movements in real-time to accurately categorize them into different sleep stages. REM is usually when you dream, with increased brain activity, eye movement, and pulse, breathing, and blood pressure. Ideally, the proportion of your REM time should account for around 15-20% of your total sleep time.
