Does FRENZ charge me for a warranty?

If the customer's product is covered by the warranty, Earable will exchange the product for a new one with the shipping cost of the replacement product paid by Earable®. We may ask the customer to send back the defective product to the address we specify at the customer's expense to verify the validity of the product under warranty.
