Does FRENZ charge me for a warranty?

If the customer's product is covered by the warranty, Earable® will exchange it for a used, fully functional FRENZBand that has been thoroughly cleaned. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product. We may also ask the customer to return the defective product to the specified address at their own expense for warranty verification.
