My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the exterior of the delivered order to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation. We recommend that customers record a video of the product opening process. If the product you receive is damaged upon receipt, please contact the Earable Customer Service Department and provide evidence for us to record and process with 72 hours.
